Customer Research Analyst Jobs - Atlanta, GA - Travelport: "Conceptualization, construction, execution, and post-analysis of various surveys to be conducted in support of research requests from Marketing and Commercial Development.

· Create, conduct, and summarize external customer research on traditional TMCs, OTAs, corporate, and supplier customers.

· Design surveys, coordinate with business units, analyze results, and provide executive summaries.

· Offer full online research services.

· Control design and analysis data in-house.

· Act as central point of contact for market research firms and ad hoc survey project requests, contracting with third parties as necessary to meet Travelport’s global survey needs.

· Support Travelport GDS by obtaining customer feedback and input using surveys on any/all aspects of the GDS business, our products, brands, sales & marketing, services, competitors, etc. working in conjunction with Travelport Corporate as appropriate."
